I love going to this place, with it's dinner feel and great prices for really great food! The specials are always more than enough. My husband and I can eat here for under $35 with plenty to take home. The fish and shrimp are done perfectly and are always fresh!! The waitresses here are super helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone who likes high quality food for hella good prices... Kudos to the cooks they do amazing work!!!

We went for Sunday lunch with family from Dallas. The food was SO GOOD! Fresh and hot and flavorful. Our waiter was so friendly and nice and he checked on us often. Our out of town family was very impressed and we were delighted!
I sure was prepared to be disappointed man was I wrong? Great food and staff at a good price I will be back ASAP! The food was fresh made to order and had an awesome cajun flavor not too overpowering spot on.
Because of the location the hours can be inconvenient but the chef is very professional. All of the specialties are made to order. Most items are from the Matagorda Bay area.
On August 14, 2023 a group of 36 seniors with the Rev Joe E Dancy Memorial Center had lunch at Lake Jackson Seafood. The food was excellent and we all agree on this. From the seafood gumbo, fried fish, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, boudain balls and on and and. The service was great all of our waitresses were very kind and most of all friendly. Tina D.

The gumbo tasted a lot better than the last time we ate here. So it's back to a 5 star rating for me :) Seafood on the Gulf Coast is otherwise always great, fried or grilled (it's hard to ruin fresh seafood).
